AGENTS.md section 4 does not allow links to AI sessions or conversations
({{Claude-Session:}} trailers, {{https://claude.ai/code/session_...}},
{{https://chatgpt.com/c/...}} and equivalents) in commit messages, pull request
descriptions, JIRA comments or e-mails. Once such a link is in git history it
stays there.
A local {{commit-msg}} hook only covers the clone it is installed in, and
commits that are rebased or cherry-picked, including by GitHub, never run it.
Add a GitHub Actions workflow that runs on pull request events (opened, edited,
reopened, synchronize) and fails when
* a commit the pull request adds over its base branch has such a link in its
message, or
* the pull request title or description contains one.
A URL counts only with an id after the prefix, so text that merely names these
forms, as AGENTS.md does, passes. The check reports only the offending commit
ids, never the matching line, so it does not copy the link into the public log.
