Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
The Go cross tests pass on current master: all 24 cross-test jobs on [run
35022135135|https://github.com/apache/thrift/actions/runs/35022135135] are
green. The March 2024 run predates the GitHub Actions cross-test matrix from
THRIFT-5564. Resolving; reopen with a link to a current failing run if it
recurs.
