This dependency bump will change the bundled jar basename(s), but
`amber/LICENSE-binary-java` still lists
`com.google.oauth-client.google-oauth-client-jetty-1.34.1.jar` (and related
oauth-client jars). CI runs `bin/licensing/check_binary_deps.py jar
--license-binary amber/LICENSE-binary-java ...`, which fails on version drift
for *direct* SBT dependencies, so this PR will likely fail the LICENSE drift
check unless the LICENSE entry is updated to the resolved/bundled version(s).
