I love the idea, but have a few ideas: 1) This would be fantastic as an Extension, since it adds a new API, new CSPs, new UI, etc. This could theoretically be bolted on as a "Exchange Rates" plugin. 2) There are some potential workarounds, not that they're great - calculated columns, jinja templating, etc. if we had the rate data in Superset... which could be scraped into a table with Shillelagh or similar... if a virtual dataset of exchange rates is sufficient.
