This limit comes from the underlying Flask AppBuilder library and isn't configurable in Superset itself. To get all roles or users, you need to make multiple API requests, incrementing the `page` parameter each time (for example, `page=0`, `page=1`, etc.), and then combine the results in your script or application. There is no Superset configuration to increase or disable this limit.
