Pretty much everything is in UTC on purpose, since we don't know where your system is running, or where your end users are, or where your data lives. There are a lot of timezones possibly used along the way, so we just standardize on UTC. There are some configuration options to set offsets if you want to configure it. Otherwise, if you have a feature proposal, you can open an Ideas thread on Discussions, or you can open a SIP if you want to propose a certain implementation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
