Those arrows show % change relative to a prior period? That is not currently possible. In addition to the waterfall chart, you might try the "Big Number with Trendline" chart - it can compare to a prior period. And I think I saw there's a time-series table chart that just got a big overhaul in the latest release when it comes to comparing to a prior time period. Granted the Big Number with Trendline will only show for one series, not many like in your chart. And a table doesn't visualize as nicely. So I get that these aren't complete substitutes.
