Since it happens at random, my only guess is that it might be related to browser memory (it tends to happen more on tables with lots of data). I saw that for version 5.0 the way certain graphs and tables are rendered will be changed, maybe that fixes this issue. If it still happens after upgrading I will ask to reopen this.
