Closing this for a few reasons: * We don't officially support Windows (yet, at least) * It's been silent for quite a while (meaning others have not corroborated it) * The translation workflows have changed quite a bit since it was open (now part of docker builds) * We never heard feedback on the bot's debugging suggestions. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
