Related to this PR that caused the regression: #28364
@yuribogomolov @betodealmeida looking at the PR that caused this issue, I'm
wondering if we also need to re-add this:
```python
allows_alias_in_orderby = False
```
I think it safest to do so, unless we know it's no longer needed.
