Modules also couldn't be published with changelogs because the changelogs were too big, and lerna.json files weren't passing linting. This PR includes all the changes needed to get a module release out the door. I'll follow up after this merges with two more PRs: • One that adds the changelogs to the releases, and a script that adds the ASF license at the front of them • A PR with docs in all the right places about what the release scripts DO and how to use them. • A 4.0 package release, if anyone sees the need for it. ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF <!--- Skip this if not applicable --> ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS <!--- Required!
