   ### Bug description
   
   When a dashboard has scroll and a users hover over the Drill by option, the 
dashboard is being automatically scrolled to the top disrupting the user 
interaction.
   
   ### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Open a dashboard with scroll like World Bank's Data
   2. Scroll down a try to use Drill By on a chart
   3. You'll see that the dashboard is automatically scrolled to the top
