## Description Parent proposal: #7993 Add persistence and service/API support for namespace-scoped graph drafts, optimistic edits, validation, immutable revisions, explicit deployment binding and rollback via a newer revision. Validate references and graph-editing permissions. Publish only after successful validation; make committed publication recoverable through durable delivery or reconciliation. Include schema migrations for supported databases. Acceptance: draft conflict and namespace isolation tests; transactional revision/publication behavior; immutable history; rollback semantics; publish/delete/activation contracts documented. Instance activation must not be reported as complete merely because publication committed. ## Dependencies #7994, #7995 ## Scope Part of optional serial plugin DAG orchestration. Preserve the existing plugin contract and default legacy mode.
