## Description Parent proposal: #7993 Add end-to-end coverage for exclusive paths, middleware scope, actual proxy/response integration, security prerequisites, long-lived responses, internal dispatch and hot publication. Exercise reconnect, incompatible versions, rollback, disable/removal and cancellation/resource cleanup. Build reproducible equal-plugin benchmarks comparing linear DAG and legacy mode; establish regression thresholds from measured baselines. Document configuration examples, supported transports/plugins, migration/import, limitations and operational recovery. Acceptance: required unit/integration checks and module build/style/license checks pass using ./mvnw; response commits and upstream calls are not duplicated; cleanup and security failure cases pass; benchmark methodology/results and migration guide available. Parallel plugin execution and backend API aggregation remain out of scope. ## Dependencies #7996, #7998, #7999, #8000 ## Scope Part of optional serial plugin DAG orchestration. Preserve the existing plugin contract and default legacy mode.
