## Description Parent proposal: #7993 Add the graph configuration group/subscriber and admin listener integration, including cluster forwarding, full/incremental state, HTTP digests/refresh, deletion, reconnect and duplicate/out-of-order delivery. Specify protocol capability negotiation so older gateways do not receive unrecognized graph messages. Explicitly reject unsupported channels when graph mode is enabled. Acceptance: WebSocket and HTTP round-trip/reconnect tests; reordered/replayed revisions; cold-start recovery; deletion and namespace refresh; mixed-version behavior; no silent graph loss on unsupported transports. ## Dependencies #7994, #7997 ## Scope Part of optional serial plugin DAG orchestration. Preserve the existing plugin contract and default legacy mode.
