## Description Parent proposal: #7993 Add graph DTOs and compiler boundaries. Validate schema, identity/reference integrity, cycles, reachability, deterministic CHOICE/default behavior, resource limits, missing plugins and path-wise requirements/duplicates. Compile conditions and immutable successor bindings outside the request path. Support importing a sorted legacy chain and dependency-only compilation without enumerating exponentially many paths. Acceptance: actionable validation errors with node IDs; deterministic output; meaningful cycle/branch/scope/path tests; graph-size limits; graph changes never mutate an active plan. ## Dependencies #7994 ## Scope Part of optional serial plugin DAG orchestration. Preserve the existing plugin contract and default legacy mode.
