Refs #7596. Prepare the coordinated main-repository Eureka cutover. Remove the in-tree registry module, default Admin/compatibility-starter wiring and core-managed Eureka SDK version. Preserve the eureka key, generic factory and enum/SQL contracts; SDK examples explicitly reference the external artifact. Update registry dependency checks, classpath assertions, release licensing and migration/rollback guidance. Keep the generic Eureka server example used by broader Spring Cloud transport tests. Validation: the 160-module Admin/bootstrap reactor packages successfully with main/test compilation and Checkstyle. All 17 selected registry factory/SPI/compatibility tests and seven dependency-boundary script tests pass; affected-reactor Apache RAT passes on Microsoft OpenJDK 17.0.18. Receiving extension: seven unit/starter/SPI tests and the real Eureka provider lifecycle test pass. The final real Admin/gateway process matrix is still running. Keep this PR a draft until the receiving extension is reviewed, full external-runtime parity passes, compatible artifacts are published without duplicate ownership, and release/rollback versions are announced.
