Fixes #7594. Remove IMPORT_YAPI, its advertised source-code documentation and the corresponding choice in the packaged dashboard. Restrict new API create/update requests to supported source codes 0–3 and verify rejection of code 4 without invoking the service. Existing codes retain their values; historical database rows are not rewritten. All 15 ApiControllerTest cases and both ApiSourceEnumTest cases pass on Microsoft OpenJDK 17.0.18. Checkstyle, affected-reactor Apache RAT and git diff --check pass. The packaged JavaScript change is limited to removing the one unsupported choice; no full dashboard rebuild is claimed.
