Closes #7869 ### Changes Add unit tests for `MapUtils.computeIfAbsent` to cover: - An existing non-null value is returned without invoking the mapping function. - A missing value is computed, returned, and stored in the map. No production code is changed. ### Validation Passed on Windows with JDK 17: `.\mvnw.cmd -pl shenyu-common -am test "-Dtest=MapUtilsTest" "-Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false"` Result: 3 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skipped. BUILD SUCCESS.
