The two outstanding review items are addressed in 13748b7: dictionary request failures fall back to an empty environment list, and the tests explicitly await the dictionary-derived state. All 57 Jest suites / 291 tests pass locally; lint completes with existing warnings and the production build succeeds. Both inline threads are resolved. The current build and dashboard Deploy workflows are awaiting maintainer approval. Could a maintainer please approve the runs? The contributor account cannot approve them (GitHub returns 403).
