CI update for head `40917aa16`: the main `ci` workflow passes, but the re-triggered run still has Maven plugin dependency-resolution failures: - [E2E image build](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/actions/runs/38892935010/job/116946965102): Checkstyle could not read the artifact descriptor for `org.apache.maven.doxia:doxia-site-renderer:1.11.1`. - [HTTP integration build](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/actions/runs/38892935034/job/116946837021): the checksum plugin could not read the descriptor for `org.apache.maven:maven-core:3.2.5`. An [earlier registry-dependency job](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/actions/runs/38891993166/job/116943544972) explicitly reported Maven Central `502 Bad Gateway` for `org.apache.maven:maven-core:2.0.6`. The latest two failures above are also dependency-resolution failures; their summaries do not expose an HTTP status. The E2E image-build failure prevents that matrix from reaching its tests. Could a maintainer with workflow rerun permissions please rerun the failed jobs once dependency downloads are healthy?
