Aias00 opened a new issue, #7649:
URL: https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/7649

   ## Goal
Offer a smaller opt-in gateway assembly and measure startup/resource savings
while preserving the existing full distribution.

   ## Current evidence
The reviewed `shenyu-bootstrap/pom.xml` declares 35 plugin starters and five
sync starters, including RPC, AI/MCP and logging integrations. These are
declared dependency counts, not measured artifact sizes or active-plugin
counts. Optional integration migration remains tracked by #7306 and its
children.

commit](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/blob/b4e115367fd57adc8aba332d655b1009932ba394/shenyu-bootstrap/pom.xml#L212)

   ## Scope and acceptance criteria
   - [ ] Define the minimum dependencies for HTTP proxying and one explicit
configuration-sync channel; specify included governance features.
   - [ ] Add an independently buildable/packageable assembly using existing
starters; preserve the current full distribution and document how to add
capabilities.
   - [ ] Inventory resolved runtime dependencies and packaged JARs, including
LICENSE/NOTICE requirements.
   - [ ] Smoke-test centrally synchronized route create/update/delete and
successful/failed HTTP proxying.
   - [ ] Compare image/archive size, cold/warm readiness time, RSS, loaded
classes and baseline CPU using identical environments.
   - [ ] Also compare steady-state latency/throughput; do not infer QPS
improvement from a smaller image alone.
   - [ ] Coordinate with store migration (#7294/#7306, etcd #7597 and Apollo
#7599) without making this task a duplicate migration program.
