Prepare the main-repository cutover for #7597. Receiving extension: https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/27. Remove the complete etcd stack (infra, Admin listener, sync service, registry and starter), reactor entries, default Admin/Bootstrap and compatibility-starter dependencies, obsolete example/config/CI references and distribution jetcd notices. Default Admin/Bootstrap runtime trees contain no etcd implementation or jetcd client after this change. The receiving PR preserves the transferred source/tests and legacy deployment assets. Keep historical release notes, shared constants/enums, existing `etcd` type names and keyspaces. Admin continues resolving the external provider through the existing `ShenyuInstanceRegisterRepositoryFactory.loadRepository`; add an isolated external `etcd` SPI regression without a core dependency on the provider. Document explicit external dependencies, gateway registration starter selection, compatibility, migration and dependency-only rollback. Validation: - Affected 161-module reactor `clean package -DskipTests -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -Djacoco.skip=true -DskipRemoteResources=true` passed, including test compilation, Checkstyle and RAT. - 29 targeted tests passed across registry factory, compatibility starter, Admin discovery and HTTP/WebSocket/ZooKeeper/Nacos sync. All seven Python dependency-boundary tests passed. - Reactor `package dependency:tree` passed; resolved Admin and Bootstrap runtime inventories have no `io.etcd` or transferred etcd artifact. `git diff --check` passed. - Receiving etcd reactor: 33 tests passed against real etcd 3.5.21 native processes, including the reproduced-and-fixed watch reconnect regression. **Do not merge this draft** until the community agrees to externalization, receiving PR #27 is reviewed with passing Testcontainers/full Admin-gateway E2E, compatible external artifacts are published without duplicate Maven coordinates, and a rollback window is announced. Local Docker Desktop could not start, so full container deployment execution remains unverified locally.
