Fixes #6508. Skip context-path rewriting when the configured context path is not a prefix of the incoming path. For example, /api/order with /foo must not become /order; a longer configured prefix must not throw StringIndexOutOfBoundsException. The plugin continues the chain and preserves the previous real URL and exchange attributes, including when addPrefix/rewriteContextPath are configured. Both new regression cases fail on the original implementation (wrong URL and substring bounds error). Existing matching-prefix behavior remains covered. Validation: - ./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-context-path -am -Djacoco.skip=true test apache-rat:check passed: 9 tests in the affected module, plus dependency tests; Checkstyle clean and RAT 0 unapproved. - git diff --check passed.
