Fixes #6507. Treat absent header, parameter, and cookie sections as empty when evaluating request mutation configuration. Parameter-only and cookie-only rules now reach the existing mutation logic instead of throwing a NullPointerException. Regression coverage includes absent/empty sections, each individual section, and JSON rules that actually forward the added parameter or Cookie header while retaining unrelated request values. Three new RequestHandle tests fail with NPEs on the original implementation. Validation: - Full Request plugin dependency reactor passed: ./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-request -am -Djacoco.skip=true test - After adding the two forwarding tests, focused tests and RAT passed: ./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-request -am -Dtest=RequestHandleTest,RequestPluginTest -Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false -Djacoco.skip=true test apache-rat:check (17 focused tests, Checkstyle clean, RAT 0 unapproved). - git diff --check passed.
