   Fixes #6373.

Contributors need a practical workflow for the split Java client and
coordinated changes to ShenYu admin and the gateway. The existing contributor
entry point does not explain the different JDK/framework baselines or how to
verify that a test application actually consumes local split-client artifacts.

This adds a guide under `docs/` and links it from the README. It covers
repository ownership during migration, client builds and the configured JDK
8/17/21/23/25 matrix, local artifact integration, registration contract checks,
coordinated PRs, and separate client/main contribution checklists. It
explicitly distinguishes configured CI coverage from verified compatibility and
notes that the main repository still retains in-tree client modules.

The client facts were checked against `apache/shenyu-client-java` main at
`8b93088` and the main repository at `5aa9517a8`.

   ### Validation

   - `./mvnw -version`: Maven 3.6.3 with Java 17.0.20.1.
   - `./mvnw -N validate`: passed, zero Checkstyle violations.
   - `./mvnw -N apache-rat:check`: passed, zero unapproved licenses.
   - `git diff --check`: passed.
   - Shell examples passed `bash -n`; documented module paths, JDK properties,
CI matrix, and README link were checked against the source.
   - Full `./mvnw -B -ntp clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true`: running
locally; this PR remains a draft pending the result.
   - The documented multi-JDK client matrix and live client/admin/gateway
integration have not been executed as part of this documentation-only change.

   Make sure that:

   - [x] You have read the [contribution
guidelines](https://shenyu.apache.org/community/contributor-guide).
   - [ ] You submit test cases (unit or integration tests) that back your
changes. Documentation-only; no runtime behavior changed.
   - [ ] Your local test passed `./mvnw clean install
-Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true`.
