Depends on the plugin skeleton task in this series. ## Scope - `shenyu.tracing.*` configuration for enablement, service name and resource attributes, sampling, propagators and OTLP export, with tracing disabled by default. - OTLP exporter, preferring the HTTP transport: `grpc-netty` is already on the gateway classpath through the gRPC plugin, so an OTLP over gRPC exporter risks dependency conflicts. - Failure isolation: exporter and sampler failures are caught and downgraded so that request forwarding is never affected, including an exporter construction failure at startup. - Coexistence with a Java agent, so a deployment which already instruments the process does not get duplicate spans. ## Tests - An unreachable endpoint, a throwing exporter and a throwing sampler still let the chain complete normally. - Property binding defaults and overrides. - Sampler behaviour: always on, always off, ratio and parent based. - Agent coexistence behaviour. ## Acceptance criteria AC7 (remainder), AC8. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
