## Purpose Temporarily stop the Auto Notify workflow from mentioning a randomly selected committer whenever a new issue is opened. ## Changes - Comment out the `issues: opened` trigger so it can be restored easily. - Keep a manual trigger for workflow visibility. - Disable the notification job to prevent accidental mentions from manual runs. ## Verification - Parsed `.github/workflows/auto-notify.yml` successfully as YAML. - `git diff --check` passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
