## Symptom
The admin frontend apidoc page issues `GET /apidoc/getDocItem?...` to load
an API's detail, but the backend has **no such endpoint** → HTTP 404. Combined
with the dead `DOC_DEFINITION_MAP` (the `getDocMenus` list is always empty),
the API-documentation viewing feature is completely non-functional.
## Evidence
- `ApiDocController` (`shenyu-admin/.../controller/ApiDocController.java`)
defines only `@GetMapping("/getDocMenus")` (line 60). There is no `getDocItem`
handler.
- `DOC_DEFINITION_MAP` is declared and returned but never written (see
#7592), so `getDocMenus` returns empty — the detail link has nothing to open.
## Impact
Users cannot browse or view imported/swagger API docs in the admin UI at all.
## Options
- **A) Repair** (preferred if the feature is wanted): make `listAll()` read
from the published gateway API metadata (already produced by the swagger import
/ MCP pipeline) and add `GET /apidoc/getDocItem` that resolves a doc item by id
from the same source.
- **B) Remove** the broken viewer together with #7592.
