Fixes #7558. ## Solution `WasmLoader` now instantiates a pool of Chicory instances (one per available processor, or an explicit size via a new constructor); every export handed out by `getWasmExtern` leases one instance exclusively, so concurrent executions no longer share the instance's mutable state (interpreter stacks, guest heap, linear memory). Host callbacks run inside the lease and `getMemory()` resolves to the calling instance, so existing protected APIs (`onGetArgs`/`onPutResult`) are unchanged. Guest state persisting across calls is now per-instance; the wasmabi protocol is request-scoped, so in-tree plugins are unaffected. New `WasmLoaderConcurrentTest` covers payload isolation and parallelism.
