## Problem MCP URL-valued query, body, nested-body or header arguments could be mistaken for a complete request target, silently replacing the fixed tool endpoint and its routing context. ## Fix - Permit complete target URL selection only when a tool explicitly maps an argument to the `target` position. - Preserve normal query/body/header/path placement for URL-valued data; leave configured `requestTemplate.url` intact. - Add helper and callback regressions covering URL-valued data, routing context, an unmapped URL, and explicitly configured complete URL selection. ## Validation - `RequestConfigHelperTest`: 23 passed. - `ShenyuToolCallbackTest`: 20 passed. - Maven reactor (11 modules): BUILD SUCCESS (43 tests total, 0 failures/errors). - `checkstyle:check`: BUILD SUCCESS, 0 violations. - `git diff --check`: clean.
