Fixes #7520. PostgreSQL and openGauss now initialize fresh installations from `db/init/pg/create-table.sql`. The native runner and storage E2E setup use that source, and the separate openGauss initialization copy is removed. The shared schema retains discovery-upstream uniqueness and PostgreSQL's table/index definitions. It preserves the useful openGauss rule-page and Kafka handle defaults, removes orphan permissions and the duplicate Dubbo load-balance handle, and reconciles plugin/default-namespace configs. The initialization guide documents each schema and seed decision and provides openGauss installation commands. The existing Admin assembly includes the shared script through its complete `db` file set. Fresh native checks now inspect columns/nullability, primary keys, indexes and uniqueness; reject orphan relations, duplicate natural keys and invalid JSON; and verify resource grants and namespace defaults. A duplicate discovery-upstream insert must fail on the intended unique index. OpenGauss profiles, JDBC/MyBatis integration, native CI and storage E2E coverage remain in place. Historical upgrade scripts are unchanged, and upgrade validation still starts from the released openGauss schema at the immutable 2.7.1 baseline. Validation: - PostgreSQL 15 and openGauss lite 5.0.1: complete fresh-install and 2.7.1 upgrade flows passed with the digest-pinned Linux amd64 images. - `python3 -B .github/scripts/test-native-sql-matrix.py`: 26 tests passed, including historical-baseline selection and actual E2E schema copying. - `./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-admin -am test -Dtest=PluginMapperTest,PluginServiceTest,PluginControllerTest,AdminQueryIndexTest,PluginIndexUpgradeContractTest -Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true`: 72 tests passed; Checkstyle passed. - `./mvnw -B -ntp -N apache-rat:check`: passed. - Storage Compose runner regression checks and `git diff --check`: passed.
