Resolved all 13 conflicted files against master ddd509095 in merge commit 89b197d99. Kept the Tencent CLS removal together with previously merged integration cutovers, the upstream RabbitMQ CI scheduling fix, and the Agent Gateway version resource. Deleted the redundant compatibility document while retaining the core Tencent CLS compatibility enum. Also found and removed ten leftover Tencent CLS menu permission rows in each of MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenGauss and OceanBase (40 rows total); all those permission IDs are already included in the corresponding plugin-store installers. Six-dialect static inspection confirms only Tencent CLS-owned SQL statements are removed relative to master, with all other SQL preserved and no orphan namespace relations. Changed POM XML parses and git diff --check passes.
