Resolved conflicts with current master 3116109d4 in merge commit 2324bda27. Preserved the already merged Huawei LTS, Pulsar, Aliyun SLS, Hystrix, Polaris and Consul removals, the Agent Gateway version resource, and the RabbitMQ CI scheduling fix from ad23c74eb. Removed the redundant cloud logging compatibility document while retaining core compatibility enums. Also removed 28 overlooked Oracle RabbitMQ plugin_handle seed records after checking the store installer and duplicate-natural-key manifest. Static inspection confirms all six init dialects remove only RabbitMQ-owned SQL statements relative to master and have no orphan namespace relations. Changed POM XML parses, shell syntax checking and git diff --check pass.
