Resolved conflicts with master fc08cb7ce and pushed merge commit 8ee365e5c. Kept both the upstream Pulsar/Polaris removals and the ClickHouse removal, preserved the upstream Agent Gateway version resource, and deleted the redundant docs/cloud-logging-pluginenum-compatibility.md file while retaining core compatibility enums. Also removed nineteen overlooked Oracle ClickHouse plugin_handle seed rows. Sixteen have corresponding installer rows in store; three duplicate natural keys are explicitly accounted for by the store row manifest and their retained rows. Static inspection confirms all six init dialects remove only ClickHouse-owned SQL statements relative to master and contain no orphan namespace relations.
