Resolved conflicts with current master (67178305d) in merge commit f6d5e0ae2. Preserved the merged Aliyun SLS and Hystrix removals together with the Pulsar externalization. Kept the upstream cloud logging compatibility documentation and Agent Gateway version resource that Git had incorrectly paired with deleted Pulsar starter resources during rename detection. Also removed ten overlooked Oracle Pulsar plugin_handle seed rows; their IDs are already included in the store Oracle installer. Static checks confirm the six init dialects differ from master only by removing Pulsar-owned SQL statements, with no orphan namespace relations. Changed POM XML parses and git diff --check passes.
