Runtime fixes set valid SDK cluster configuration, HTTP protocol, automatic heartbeat, and clear sync watcher guards during close. - SDK-generated cache files are confined to module `target/`; no source-root backup files are included. RAT passed with zero unapproved licenses. - Main affected 189-module reactor compile/package/checkstyle passed with unrelated tests intentionally skipped. Main removes the full admin-listener/sync/registry/starter stack and default distribution/config/license references while preserving other sync channels and shared compatibility constants. - Full `shenyu-admin` dashboard/database/controller deployment and client annotation registration are not covered by these boundary tests; migration and rollback docs state this scope. - Logs: `polaris/final-full-verify.log`, `polaris/store-real-polaris-registry-no-refresh-verify.log`, `polaris/store-real-polaris-gateway-e2e-final.log`, and `polaris/status.md`. `git diff --check` passed. The main PR stays draft until receiving CI/E2E and artifact-publication gates pass.
