   ### Which project did you use? ShardingSphere-JDBC or ShardingSphere-Proxy?
   
   ShardingSphere-Proxy Standalone
   
   ### Actual behavior
   
   The #19618 added `ProcessRegistrySubscriber` to 
`StandaloneContextManagerBuilder`, which impacted the performance of 
ShardingSphere-Proxy.
   
   The red parts are increased overhead in main logic of ShardingSphere-Proxy.
