- Refactor DistSQLUpdateExecuteEngine constructor, replace
ConnectionContext to DistSQLConnectionContext. Use unified
DistSQLConnectionContext with DistSQLQueryExecuteEngine
- Refactor DistSQLExecutorAwareSetter set method, remove ConnectionContext
param. Used unified DistSQLConnectionContext, and get ConnectionContext from
DistSQLConnectionContext
