   - I tested ShardingSphere 5.5.2 with Microsoft OpenJDK 17.0.14 cached with 
`version-fox/vfox` and `git-for-windows/git` under PowerShell 7 and did not see 
this issue.
   ```shell
   git clone -b 5.5.2 g...@github.com:apache/shardingsphere.git
   cd ./shardingsphere/
   vfox add java
   vfox install java@17.0.14-ms
   vfox use --global java@17.0.14-ms
   ./mvnw clean install -Prelease -T1C -DskipTests "-Djacoco.skip=true" 
"-Dcheckstyle.skip=true" "-Drat.skip=true" "-Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true"
   ```

   - This is not a syntax supported by PowerShell 7. What shell are you using 
under Windows 11? msys2?
