- In #28099, the introduction of `io.grpc:grpc-netty-shaded:1.51.0` lacks
the corresponding GraalVM Reachability Metadata, but GraalVM Team does not
finish discussing whether GraalVM Reachability Metadata should be collected for
shaded packages. As a temporary measure, related submodules are disabled during
the build of Native Image. Refer to
