Resolves: https://github.com/apache/pekko/issues/1019 Now that https://github.com/sbt/sbt-license-report/issues/87 is resolved, the latest released version of sbt-license-report now uses the properly cached value of `UpdateResolver` meaning it no longer takes a huge amount of time to generate locally. This means we no longer need the workaround implemented in https://github.com/apache/pekko/pull/704, you can verify this locally be running `sbt -Dpekko.genjavadoc.enabled=true docs/paradox unidoc`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
