I can see the config changes are not as big as when I said this - but I still believe that users should be able to upgrade the `pekko-*-r2dbc` jars without changing their configs. Even if that means that we check more than 1 place for the configs or we take advantage of HOCON's support for say one config defaults to the value of another config (and this works for structured configs).
