I think this was caused by me modifying the .jvmopts file locally because I was running into heap memory issues when running `sbt +publishSigned`. See https://github.com/apache/pekko-connectors/blob/f4fb43fb48ef54aa0d9914e88d6d4c9198df26b4/project/Common.scala#L112-L115 I added #943 which helps a bit.
