In `ubuntu-latest` (ubuntu-24.04) is running [Java 17 is the default option now.](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/ubuntu24/20241215.1/images/ubuntu/Ubuntu2404-Readme.md). I think Java 17 do not support this option anymore: [-XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled](https://github.com/apache/pekko-persistence-dynamodb/blob/main/.jvmopts#L5). Therefore, it breaks.
