Thanks for reporting this. I introduced this regression a while ago when I tried to simplify, improve and standardize the build process - aka make it fully reproducible locally and on CI. Sadly I couldn't get it to work consistently and in a fully reproducible manner at that time. I could revert my changes, but that means that creating release / build artifact locally and on CI may not result in exactly the same bits (previous status quo).
