ProfitBricks provider update
## ProfitBricks Provider Update
API v4 ProfitBricks update & other various updates and fixes.
### Description
* Update ProfitBricks provider to support the version (v4) of the provider
API.
- Add image aliases
- Support IP failover groups
* Support `NodeAuthPassword` and `NodeAuthSSHKey` in node and volume create
methods.
* Fix image update method.
* Add and improve tests.
* Add documentation, provider logo and examples.
* Fix typos and inline documentation.
