In order to get volume information on specific volume(s) a string of volume
id's needs to be passed to AWS DescribeVolume.
Currently list_volumes doesn't allow for this.
Proposed solution is to add an ex_volume_ids parameter to allow a set of volume
ids to be optionally passed in
