### Why are the changes needed? Delta Lake [4.4.1](https://github.com/delta-io/delta/releases/tag/v4.4.1) is the latest release. It publishes artifacts for Spark 4.0.1, 4.1.0 and 4.2.0, but none for Spark 4.3, so the `spark-4.3` profile keeps the Spark 4.1 artifact. The `spark-4.2` and `spark-4.3` profiles drop the shared Spark 4.1 artifact fallback (`spark.binary.version`) and pin each lakehouse artifact explicitly, and Delta tests are enabled for Spark 4.2. ### How was this patch tested? - `build/mvn test -pl extensions/spark/kyuubi-spark-authz -Pspark-4.2 -Pscala-2.13`, 468 tests pass, including the newly enabled `DeltaCatalogRangerSparkExtensionSuite`. - `build/mvn test -pl extensions/spark/kyuubi-spark-authz -Pspark-4.1 -Pscala-2.13 -Dtest=none -DwildcardSuites=org.apache.kyuubi.plugin.spark.authz.ranger.DeltaCatalogRangerSparkExtensionSuite`, 39 tests pass. ### Was this patch assisted by generative AI tooling?
