`org.apache.kyuubi.plugin.spark.authz`. Currently, most rules are located at
https://github.com/apache/kyuubi/tree/master/extensions/spark/kyuubi-spark-authz/src/main/scala/org/apache/kyuubi/plugin/spark/authz/rule
